Shipping To Specialty
We supply postage paid U.S. Postal Service first class mailing labels for our customer's convenience. You can request labels by calling Customer Service at 1-800-LAB INFO (1-800-522-4636) or CLICK HERE and complete the supply request form. If you prefer, you can also download a copy of the label by clicking here. If you download the label, please be careful to affix the label securely to the box so it does not come loose in transit.
Some of our customers have existing accounts with other carriers. If you choose to send us a case using one of your existing accounts, please be sure to use our street address and not the address on our prepaid mailing label:

When sending models, make sure they are packaged securely in bubble wrap with additional support inside the mailing box.

Our standard delivery time is 10 business days from the day we receive your case.
Whenever possible, we will consolidate your completed cases to reduce the total return shipping charges. All appliances are returned and tracked via UPS. To track UPS shipments, visit the "View Case Status" section of the SA Portal!
Rush Cases: If you need an appliance fabricated and delivered to your office in fewer than 10 business days, a $75 expedited manufacturing and shipping fee will be applied.
