Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to customers who submit their cases both analog and digitally. To request that your cases are delivered to your practice, please fill out the form below or call us directly at 800.522.4636 to set up your account. Our team is happy to assist you with this option.

To schedule a pickup, simply fill out the form below. We will arrange for your case to be picked up the next business day after your request. It’s quick and easy!
- All pickup requests submitted by 6:00 PM EST will be scheduled for the next business day.
- Pickup requests submitted after 6:00 PM EST will be scheduled for 2 business days later.
