SmileSync does not accept .zip folders. To ensure your case uploads successfully, make sure all files are extracted from the zip folder before uploading.
How to Unzip a Folder
1. Locate the zipped folder (it usually has a .zip extension).
2. Right-click the folder.
3. Select Extract All….
4. Choose where you want the files to go.
5. Click Extract.
6. Click or Drag the newly extracted file to the portal.
*Please do not attach files from inside a zipped folder, as we are unable to open them. You must first extract the files and then upload them from an unzipped location.
