About IR Express
The turnaround time (defined as the time between the lab receiving the case and the appliance being delivered to the customer) for IR Express is 5 days and applies only to IR Express products. Please note that the Rx and scans must be submitted digitally and that cases submitted via impression/stone model are not subject to the 5 day turnaround. IR Express retainers are fabricated with Zendura A .030 material. Bracket removal and shipping costs are included in the price. IR Express does not come with a printed model.
The following exclusions apply to IR Express:
- Digital submissions that require band, wire or expander removal do not qualify for IR Express.
- Cases that require pontics do not quality for IR Express.
- Cases with bonded retainers do not qualify for IR Express.
- Cases with anterior or posterior bite planes are excluded from IR Express.
- We are unable to fabricate a Theroux with IR Express.
