Which portal does your practice use?

Before we sign you in, one question. We are moving practices to an enhanced portal in stages, so two versions are live at the moment.

(The one you’ve always used) Log in to Specialty with the same username and password your practice has had for years. If nobody has told you anything changed, this is yours.
Open the Legacy Portal
New
Log in to Specialty with your new SmileSync account. Your practice got an email from us when this switched on for you. Preloaded preferences, multiple users, faster case submission.
Open SmileSync
Log in with your Specialty account, the same login you use for the lab portal, to see product pricing and availability and order orthodontic retail products.
Go to the Store Login

Not sure? Your username and password are the same on both, so a wrong guess cannot lock you out. Pick either one, and if it does not open, come back and try the other.
