What user roles can I assign in SmileSync?

SmileSync offers five user roles: Admin, Accounting, Practitioner, Clinical Staff, and Front Office. Each role has different permissions for functions such as account management, user management, case creation, and billing.

If you are part of a multi-location group, roles can also be assigned based on whether a user needs access across the organization or only to specific practice locations.
