Do I still need a prescription sheet?

No separate prescription sheet is needed when submitting a case through SmileSync. As you work through the case submission process, SmileSync collects your selections and answers and automatically creates a prescription for your case.

For digital cases, everything is submitted directly through SmileSync, so there’s no need to complete or attach a separate prescription sheet.

For analog cases using impressions or stone models, start by submitting the case through SmileSync. Once submitted, print the SmileSync prescription and include it in the package with your impressions and/or stone models when shipping them to the lab.
