Distal Jet

The Distal Jet is a proven distalization appliance that can be used bilaterally or unilaterally on the upper arch. Adjustable coil springs are used to control the desired activation and can be changed out during treatment for additional molar movement. An anterior Nance provides anchorage while the molars are distalized. Second bicuspids will tend to travel down the alveolar process as molars distalize. Traverse expansion can be incorporated into the appliance upon request.
